Dr. Jennifer L. Ross, Ph.D.
A licensed psychologist who earned her doctorate from Florida State University in 2017, following the completion of her clinical internship at the Atlanta VA Medical Center. She has worked in the mental health and educational fields since 2000 and brings over 15,000 hours of direct clinical experience to her practice.
In addition to her extensive background in traditional psychological assessment and therapy, Dr. Ross has devoted recent years to exploring and integrating alternative, evidence-based approaches for addressing complex PTSD, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety disorders, and panic disorder. Her interest in psychedelic-assisted therapy was sparked by Michael Pollan’s How to Change Your Mind, which inspired her to research emerging treatments that expand the boundaries of healing.
Dr. Ross recognizes ketamine-assisted therapy as a valuable and rapidly growing modality in mental health care. Clinical research has shown ketamine to be a powerful catalyst for relief in individuals who have not benefited from conventional treatments. When paired with skilled integration therapy, ketamine can help clients process and apply insights gained during treatment to create lasting changes in emotional well-being, relationships, and overall life satisfaction.
In 2025, Dr. Ross began collaborating with Kelle Logan and the Novel Mind clinicians to provide dedicated integration support for clients undergoing ketamine treatment. She draws from the Integrative Psychiatry Institute’s framework and is an active member of the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), ensuring her work is grounded in ethical, research-informed practices.
When you work with Dr. Ross, you can expect compassionate, structured guidance throughout your preparation and integration process. Her goal is to help you translate the breakthroughs and perspectives gained during your ketamine sessions into tangible steps toward your health, wellness, and personal growth goals—so that the insights you discover don’t just stay in the treatment room, but become part of your everyday life
